Fashion Designing Training

Fashion designing training opens a wide range of opportunity for rural women to attain good jobs, economic independence and acceptance in the society. PCDP in association with GITD, Kannur offers fashion designing training to the local women to empower them through education. The duration of the training is for one year and the training is consisted of both theory and practical classes. The training is offered only to women without any age or educational bar. Even housewives, working women and students can attend the training. This training offers wide range of opportunities for women particularly from low income background to improve their economic and social status.

On successful completion of the training the trainees get ISO certificate on Advanced Diploma in Fashion Designing which is accepted by many agencies and industries. The trained women are offered placement assistance through the placement cell of GITD.
